"Superman" was written during a difficult time , when I felt pretty broken, like all my superpowers were taken. I sat in silence. I reflected and I thought long and hard about all the times we, as humans, feel like we are just a shell of our real selves. It happens a lot. It happens to the best of us. Most of the time, we try to power through. We try to get our superpowers back. All of the time, there are people on the outside rooting for us. Even if we can't see them, there are people on the outside praying for us and hoping that we get ourselves back. This is a love letter to the voices that lift us up in times of need. To the ones that call, check in, text. To the stranger that smiles at us on the street. AND, to the voice in our OWN head, that tells us to keep going. Even when it's hard to do.   “I’ll be here to remind you, when you forget what’s inside you, when life makes it hard to see who you are... "  No matter where you are on this journey, there is a superhero in all of us, and I see that superhero in YOU.

So happy to be playing these gigs with with Dave Eggar, Phil Faconti, Neil Reid and Levi Trent , in their neck of the woods~! Come out and say "hello!"
